1.Russia will help set up India’s National Crisis Center

Russia will help create a national crisis management center in the country to face disasters and other emergencies.This was agreed at a meeting between Indian Home Minister Rajnath Singh in Moscow and Russian Minister Vladimir Patchkov for emergencies. Both parties have agreed that Russia’s EMERCOM will cooperate with India in the establishment of the National Crisis Management Center (NCMC) in India.

2.Completion of 48th edition of India’s International Film Festival

The festival ended with a world premiere of the Indo-Argentine co-production “Thinking of Him” ​​directed by Pablo Caesar. Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar and Union Minister Smriti Irani attended the event. Amitabh Bachchan honored Indian Film Personality for the year award at the giant closure ceremony. The award was presented by Union Minister Smriti Irani and Akshay Kumar.
 
3.FSSAI issued detailed guidelines for food products
 
The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has asked the companies to set a plan to ensure that food security is safe from the market. FSSAI issued detailed guidelines on recall of food products and aimed to set up a proper recall plan for Food Business Operators (FBOs) and to enforce the situation when demanding the situation.
 
4.Jet Airways, Air France-KLM tie up to increasing traffic
 
Jet Airways and the Air France-KLM jet, shareholders of the Gulf carrier have announced a partnership to share more traffic in Europe and North America as a potential challenge for Etihad Airways.The deal includes Delta Air Lines, with Air France KLM already having an existing partnership.
 
5.Arun Jaitley launches Paytm Payments Bank
 
 A new payment bank ‘ Paytm Payments Bank ‘ was formally  launched by Union Finance Minister  Arun Jaitley. At present, there are four other payment banks including Paytm Payments Bank in India. Other three banks are  Airtel Payments Bank, India Post Payments Bank and Fino Payments Bank.The payments bank is a differentiated bank. A customer can open savings bank account in it and  can deposit upto Rs 1 lakh in  it. These banks do not lend money to their customers
 
6.Freedom of Oxford award withdrawn from Aung San Suu Kyi

7.French film on AIDS won IFFI Best Film in 2017

8.Open Hyderabad Metro Rail for the public
 
Hyderabad Metro Rail has  started for the public, during this time people shared their convenient and comfortable experiences with metro rail. Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the first phase of the elevated Hyderabad Metro Rail project of the Miayanpur station.Metro Rail Operations between L & T Metro Rail Hyderabad Limited,  Miyapur, Nagola has been started. There are 24 stations in the 30 km long route.
 
9. Chhattisgarh government bans crackers in six cities
 
Chhattisgarh Government  has banned fireworks in the months of December and January during the wedding season. In order to reduce the air pollution caused by burning firecrackers, this ban will be applicable in six major cities of the state, including Raipur, by the Environment Department. According to the statement issued by the State Environment Protection Board, a decision has been taken to control pollution. , Which increases during the winter because of the direction of the wind.Apart from Raipur, other cities which have been banned for cracking crackers include Bilaspur, Bhilai, Durg, Raigad and Korba.
